🛰️ Getting Started

Welcome to NetChatHelp

Our private Messenger and Support platform—built for the way our team works.

BETA — Features will continue improving as our team begins using the platform.

What is NetChatHelp?

NetChatHelp is our private Messenger and Support platform. It brings team communication and specialized support tools together in one organized place.

It is currently in BETA. Please begin using it, exploring the available tools, and becoming familiar with how everything works.

Why are we building it?

Traditional messaging apps do not provide all the specialized tools, organization, and support features our team needs. Important information can become difficult to find, and getting the complete message across can fall short.

We are building a Messenger for us—not for the whole world.

As NetChatHelp develops, it will eventually replace WhatsApp across our support modules.

How to join your groups

  1. Sign in to NetChatHelp.
  2. Open My App.
  3. Open the group link provided to you or scan its QR code.
  4. Review the group information.
  5. Confirm that you want to join.
  6. The group will then appear in your Messenger.

Safety note: Only use group links and QR codes provided by an authorized NetChatHelp administrator or operator.

Laptop setup

NetChatHelp will be installed on company laptops. Each managed laptop will eventually be configured with its assigned local Laptop ID account.

Phone and tablet availability

Native Android and Apple applications are not available yet and are planned for 2027.

For now, the NetChatHelp web app works on modern browsers, including:

  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari
  • iPhone
  • iPad
  • Desktop and laptop computers

You can install the website from a supported browser so it opens and feels similar to a regular application—this is an installable web app, not yet a native Android or Apple app.

Getting started

  • Open Messenger.
  • Join your assigned groups.
  • Explore My App.
  • Become familiar with the support tools.
  • Report BETA problems to the team.

Welcome to NetChatHelp. We are building this together, one useful tool at a time.
