This page is maintained by NetChatHelp to set out the rules for using our service. It is not a certification or legal opinion from our hosting platform.

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using NetChatHelp, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use NetChatHelp. If you are using NetChatHelp on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly at support@netchathelp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use NetChatHelp to:
- Send spam, scams, or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame others.
- Share illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content involving minors.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service in ways that harm its stability or other users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or its users.
5. Content and ownership
You retain ownership of the content you send through NetChatHelp. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display that content solely to provide the service to you and your recipients. We do not claim ownership of your messages.
NetChatHelp and its brand, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
6. Third-party services
NetChatHelp relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, email, SMS, and other infrastructure. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
NetChatHelp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not currently provide end-to-end encryption; treat the service as a server-trusted messenger.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetChatHelp and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the service. Continued use after the changes means you accept the updated terms.
